Refund & Exchange Policy

A refund is possible only in case you receive any damaged goods, refer to the Damages and issues section below.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at navira.mathura@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If the payment was COD, we will digitally refund the payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and update the refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To avoid any size misfit we request you to check the size chart given on the product page before placing an order. You can also Whatsapp on +919899625990 and ask for a measurement video. We would be happy to share the measurement of the size for a better clarity and to avoid exchange later.

In case of a size misfit, pls Whatsapp on +919899625990 with the order details to confirm the possibility of exchange. If your required size is available, you are expected to ship the product back to us in the original condition (shipping cost to be borne by the customer). Once the product is received by us and thoroughly checked we will ship the required size at your address.
